• For a deeper clean, gently hand wash in cool water.

• Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.

• Do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.

• Avoid overloading your bag to help maintain its shape.

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Custom Orders

Our custom bags are made to order, so please allow 1–3 weeks for your item to be created and dispatched.

Ready-Made Orders

Ready-made items are in stock and ready to ship, with dispatch typically within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service selected at checkout.

Please note that The RMM Edit is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been shipped.

Custom Orders

All custom bags are handmade to your chosen specifications, including colours, sizes, and extras. As these items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders.

Ready-Made Items

Ready-made items may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement if there is a fault or issue with the bag upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Handmade Variations

As every bag is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and appearance are normal and are not considered faults.
