Ready to Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are handmade to your chosen specifications. Production times vary depending on demand and will be discussed before your order is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Custom orders will not be started until full payment has been received.
  • If paying by cash, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

Orders are sent via a tracked delivery service where available.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on either ready-to-ship or custom-made items unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Custom Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom-made or personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
