By placing an order with The RMM Edit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Handmade Items
All products are handmade, meaning slight variations in size, shape, and appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the unique nature and charm of handmade items.
Custom Orders
Custom bags are made to your specifications, including your chosen colours, size, and extras. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, as custom orders cannot be changed once production has begun.
Colours
We do our best to display colours accurately; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen and yarn availability.
Processing Times
Custom orders typically take 1β3 weeks to be made and dispatched. Ready-made items are usually shipped within 1β3 working days.
Returns & Refunds
Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned as they are made especially for you. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Ready-made items may be eligible for a refund or replacement if a fault is identified.
Product Care
To keep your bag looking its best, please follow the care instructions provided. The RMM Edit cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
